Common restaurants source ingredients for their menus; we source our menu right from our working organic farm

The Field To Fork Supper Club will be the opposite of the common restaurant we will celebrate the summer farm bounty and the weekly harvest will dictate the menu.

The wood fired supper club will highlighting produce from the fields on our farm and from the surrounding farms in Mesa County. Our Italian wood fired oven makes the most delicious Italian style pizzas and roasted veggies. We will share many side dishes featuring the weekly harvest of fresh lettuces, root veggies, fruit and more this will be a delightful 5+ course meal herbal iced tea and local spirits.

We will share our growing knowledge and our beautiful fresh Colorado setting. This cozy evening will be among our vegetable and flower gardens, orchards and stunning views of the Grand Mesa and Mount Garfield. Prepare to share a table with others. Our intent is to connect our field to your fork.
